Overview This past week House Democrats announced they would be gathering their case for impeachment against President Trump (R). This all came about from a whistleblower report from someone inside the US intelligence service. While Democrats have been trying to create a case for impeachment with the Muller hearings, much of that momentum was lost without party leaderships backing. Nancy Pelosi (D) has come out in support for impeachment due to these recent revelations and has given the various investigatory committees the go-ahead for creating a case for impeachment.
